What you'll do

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in SAPUI5 Development Support, you'll play a key role in improving our customer service and team efficiency by streamlining the support process.

Your responsibilities will include handling internal and customer tickets, conducting thorough pre-checks, prioritizing tickets, and maintaining accurate documentation. This work contributes to faster resolution times, improves development resource allocation, and helps build a valuable knowledge base.

Your fresh perspective will be valuable in identifying trends, suggesting improvements, and contributing to process enhancements. You'll gain real-world experience in software support, develop technical and communication skills, and make a real difference in our company's success.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Information Technology

  • Computer skills:

  • Good understanding of web development technologies

  • Advanced JavaScript skills

  • Familiar with ticket management systems (JIRA, ServiceNow) is a plus

  • Language skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German as a plus

  • Soft skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

We work on crucial components like Lists, Tables, and Trees, as well as integration features such as Spreadsheet export, Drag & Drop, and Copy & Paste. These elements are fundamental to creating efficient and user-friendly interfaces for enterprise software.
