What you'll do

  • You will support the global controlling process owners in their daily business and project work and especially during month-end / quarter-end closing activities

  • You will support internal projects to improve and enhance our internal controlling processes and systems

  • You will document our processes in Word / Power Point / internal knowledge platform

  • You need to show high accountability in the execution of operative activities

  • In this role you will be able to gain insights into diverse controlling processes

  • Working hours per week: 8-16 hours

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: economics or business administration with focus on finance/controlling

  • Computer skills: Very good proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Language skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German

  • Soft skills: Intercultural experience would be a plus

  • Others: Highly motivated and self-driven

Meet your team

The CoE Controlling Governance team is part of the Global Controlling Organization. The team provides governance on every kind of cost and revenue allocation across the whole SAP to ensure management and legal compliance.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
