About the team:

The ISBN Customer Engagement & Advisory Team in MEE is running strategic initiatives to support the Procurement Sales teams in the different market units together with Presales, Value Advisory and Business Development, and partners with other cross-functional teams to execute the programs and change initiatives that are crucial for our business.

Our goal is to acquire new customers and to break new ground with existing customers. By selling our market-leading cloud solutions, it is our task to support the vision of SAP, to help customers in their transformation to a digital world and to position themselves flexibly for the future and the challenges faced by the market today.

What youll do:

In this role, youll:

We are looking for an intern (f/m/d) to support the ISBN Customer Engagement & Advisory Team in MEE. The working student (f/m/d) will help to engage with the Procurement Sales teams and supports a broad range of activities with a focus on supporting the daily business from supporting pipeline meetings and tracking tasks to the creation of presentations, analyses, the general enablement of the team as well as outgoing communication to the business, incl. external communication via social media. As the ideal candidate (f/m/d), you will demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility and flexibility. You are motivated and can easily familiarize yourself with new, innovative topics. Ideally you have extensive experience with MS Office, you have an eye for good slide design, and you know your way around video editing tools like Camtasia.

The following tasks & opportunities await you in this role:

  • Assist in the creation of outgoing communication to the team, e.g., Newsletters, Update mails, presentations, etc.

  • Support the Social Media Strategy for the team

  • Support in Team events and enablement

  • Administrative support for ongoing projects within the ISBN MEE Office like tracking of learnings, etc.

  • Drive projects or regularly recurring tasks independently

Who you are:

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Business administration, Business Economics, Procurement and Supply Chain, Business Informatics or comparable fields of study

  • Computer skills: MS Office Professional (especially pptx and xlsx), Sharepoint/MS Teams, Camtasia

  • Language skills: Excellent German and fluent English skills (both spoken and written)

  • Soft skills: Open-minded personality and a thorough, results-oriented approach to problem solving, team-orientation, creativity and flexibility, ability to work independently, fast learner with an eye for detail

  • Others:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, experience with platforms like LinkedIn or Outreach would be a plus

  • Procurement knowledge or familiarity with procurement processes is an advantage

  • Prior work experience in related field is an advantage
