Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

• Bereitschaft zur bernahme der Aufgaben einer Fachkraft fr Arbeitssicherheit nach 6 ASiG und DGUV V2

• Beratung zu Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz in einer flexiblen Arbeitsumgebung

• Untersttzung bei der konzeptionellen Gefhrdungsbeurteilung, erstellen, analysieren und auswerten von Fragebgen psychischer wie physischer Belastungen

• Kampagnen konzeptionell entwickeln und umsetzen

• Erarbeitung von innovativen Schulungsunterlagen und Tools, auch fr technische Bereiche und Schnittstellen wie beispielsweise im Fremdfirmenmanagement

• Tooluntersttzende Erstellung, Dokumentation von Safety Prozessen

• Schulung von Fhrungskrften und Beschftigten zum Arbeitsschutz

• Untersttzung zum rechtssicheren Umgang

Die Ttigkeit innerhalb der Globalen Finanz Infrastruktur bei SAP (GFI) findet in der Abteilung Occupational Safety Germany vorrangig am Hauptstandort Walldorf/Rot statt. Als Kontakt fr Mitarbeitende, Fhrungskrfte Fachabteilungen und Betriebsrat auch zu strategischen Themen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes bist du in diverse und innovative Projekte eingebunden. Ein Aufgabenschwerpunkt der Ttigkeit liegt in der Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden zum Arbeitsschutz in einer immer flexibleren Arbeitswelt.

Das solltest du mitbringen

• Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement

• Fachkraft fr Arbeitssicherheit, technische und/oder arbeitspsychologische Grundausbildung, Zusatzqualifikationen erwnscht

• Gute Organisations- und Koordinationsfhigkeit

• Sehr Gute Deutsch-, Englisch- und MS-Teams und MS Office-Kenntnisse

• Hohes Engagement, Qualitts- und Servicedenken

• Branchenkenntnisseerwnscht

• Hohe Sozialkompetenz,Teamfhigkeit sowie eine positive Grundhaltung und offene Kommunikation

• Lsungsorientierung und diplomatischem Geschick
