Join our CIS Strategic Projects & Customer team as an Associate Project Manager (f/m/d), where you'll play a key role in driving organizational growth and innovation. We are dedicated to creating a seamless connection between our strategic programs and the evolving needs of our customers. Through proactive and strategic customer engagement, our team ensures that CIS offerings are not only responsive to current demands but also positioned for future opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships and delivering sustained value.

The Role:

  • Collaborate with senior project managers and program managers to coordinate project activities and track progress, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Assist in managing complex initiatives across CIS and other key areas, supporting stakeholder communication and engagement.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Support the creation of internal communication assets to ensure clarity and alignment within the team.

What you bring:

  • Masters degree preferred in Economics, Business Informatics, Innovation Management, or a related field.

  • Strong strategic thinking abilities with a proven capacity to structure concepts from strategy to execution.

  • Excellent customer interaction skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Self-motivated, open-minded, and resourceful, with a pragmatic approach to challenges.

  • Proven problem-solving skills, emphasizing teamwork, results, and people-focused solutions.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English and German (mandatory), with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both languages.

  • Knowledge of business processes and ERP applications is a plus.
