What you`ll do

Summary:

We are looking for a Java Cloud developer (associate) that augments our engineering team creating the next generation of cloud access management solutions.

Our team is working in a full CI/CD mode using everything that makes modern software development attractive for developers, incl. AI-based support with GitHub Copilot. We are 100% BTP-based, have Fiori UIs and deploy multiple times a week to support a larger number of live customers.

The Role:

You will develop full stack BTP Java applications, starting from the design of HANA tables, ending with automated scenario tests using QMate and everything in-between. You are expected to work in a Scrum team, write superior code that passes all quality criteria and check tools, develop unit and interface tests and participate in DevOPS activities. Our team also practices a rolling customer support duty where you solve customer and internal tickets.

What you bring

• 2-5 years of Java development on SAP BTP or similar cloud platforms

• Experience with SAP UI5 is a plus

• Familiarity with software engineering principles like clean code and CI/CD

• A clear focus on high quality and testable code

• Sound experience with tools like GitHub, Jenkins, SonarCube, QMate

As our team is working distributed over multiple locations good English language skills orally and written are essential.
