NJ Employer Agricultural Equipment Operators in Walden, New York
Anticipated period of employment: 03/23/2025 to 11/22/2025
Workers referred as a result of this order must have a minimum of three months verifiable experience in performing the tasks described in this order.
Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, forklifts and self-propelled machinery to spray, chop, mow, plant, fertilize, harvest, load, unload or store product. Drive pickup trucks or vans on the public roads and farm roads to and from the worksite and/or grocery store and bank. This may include transportation of coworkers or tools and supplies. All fuel and materials to perform this duty will be paid for and provided by the employer. Driving on public roads is only with a valid United States drivers license and employer approval. Operators will have a minimum of three months of work experience including equipment/vehicle operation. Specifically operator/driver includes tractors, forklifts, vehicles on the road and self-propelled machinery such as a platform. Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment including packing equipment. Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures. Employees with a valid drivers license may be requested to drive. Not all workers are requested to drive. No one will be rejected for the position that does not possess a drivers license.
