Responsibilities
Master the science and business skills in immuno-oncology, animal model gene engineering, and preclinical pharmacology.
Actively reach out to prospective customers, explore business opportunities, manage negotiations, and secure contracts.
Attend trade shows and relevant conferences.
Conduct day-to-day sales activities including email campaigns, meetings, writing proposals, and organizing learning sessions.
Travel within NJ/NY to meet clients and drive new business.
Saturate existing client base and sell products and services to establish the company as a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
Essential Skills
PhD in a relevant bioscience field.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin.
Experience with mouse models in biology.
Strong knowledge in immunology, pharmacology, molecular biology, and cell biology.
Experience with pre-clinical research of pharmacology studies and humanized mouse models.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with wet lab cell studies and cell biology is a plus.
Support the Marketing Team in branding and building marketplace awareness.
Master's degree with direct industry experience or Ph.D. in the bioscience field.
Strong interest in learning advances in biopharmaceutical science and business.
Proven track record of revenue generation.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences.
Work Environment
This role offers a mix between R&D lab work and sales activities. You will be the first person to sell the company's products and services in the NJ area, working within a team of 5. The company provides a dynamic environment with a high growth potential, specifically focused on immunology.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Uncapped commission based on new company growth. 401 medical dental vision benefits package. Growth potential as well.
