The Opportunity

As Territory Manager, you will build strong and sustainable customer relationships within the stores in your territory, with a view to partnering to grow revenue and build our brands. You’ll be well supported by our in-house merchandising team, who you will work closely with and provide coaching and training to as needed.

With energy and drive, you will partner closely with your stores to grow revenue through the flawless execution of promotional plans, compliance against planned in-store activity, and identifying additional opportunities for ranging and display. All supported by access to data & insights, so you’ll be able to put your analytical skills to great use.

This role is responsible for the Bay of Plenty and Waikato areas.

The ingredients you’ll bring

  • A passion for selling and building relationships

  • A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously

  • Great communication and relationship building skills, with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong time management, planning and organisational skills

  • Territory Manager/Sales experience in NZ FMCG, within Foodstuffs

  • Solid skills in MS Excel & Teams, experience with Tableau is advantageous

  • A full NZ Driver’s License and proven safe driving record

  • Flexibility to work outside the days/hours during our busy seasonal periods (Easter and Christmas)

  • Some overnight travel maybe required depending on business requirement and/or territory
