salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 3 PM - 12 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

 Start up and shut down the machine properly, to ensure the production of the

highest quality finished product

 Set up and operate the equipment for various products

 Safely and efficiently produce product on assigned production area

 Housekeeping throughout assigned shift to ensure an orderly and safe

environment.

 Physical and visual inspection of product is required to prevent non-conforming

goods. Promptly reports all quality defects to the appropriate team members.

 Maintains appropriate level of production supplies/ materials as required, to

ensure next shift operators incur minimal downtime.

 Continuously monitor machine operation to ensure accurate product

measurements and quality are being maintained.

 Meets or exceeds production rates, minimize waste levels and meets all

customer requirements.

 Sets up and adjusts rewinders.

 Neatly palletizes skids with finished product.

 Enters production reporting data into machine computer accurately.

 Separates scrap into appropriate film-type gaylord.

 Operates core cutting machine, vacuum lift, and pallet jack.

 Assist on or operate other converting or manufacturing equipment and perform

preventative maintenance within the plant as assigned

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
