We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk based in Visalia, California. In this role, you will be managing accounts payable tasks, providing data entry services, and ensuring accuracy in invoice coding and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Execute accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable transactions

• Conduct regular check runs to maintain financial stability and accuracy

• Maintain and update customer credit records routinely

• Handle account reconciliation tasks to ensure financial transparency and accuracy

• Code invoices correctly to ensure proper account classification

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update financial records

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial data organization and analysis

• Engage in invoice processing and ensure all invoices are accounted for accurately

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of one year of experience in the role of an Accounts Payable Clerk.

• Proven expertise in Account Reconciliation is required.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and systems is necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct Check Runs in a timely and efficient manner.

• Must exhibit a strong understanding and capability in Coding Invoices.

• Proficient in Data Entry, with a focus on accuracy and speed.

• Experience in Invoice Processing, with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use advanced formulas, and generate reports.
