AON Senior Executive - Sales in Vietnam

Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting a Senior Sale Executive - Health Solutions to join our team in Ho Chi Minh.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and acquiring new clients.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized service, and foster long-term partnerships to maximize revenue.

  • Preparing and presenting quotes and proposals to clients, outlining coverage options, premiums, and terms.

  • Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable agreements.

  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, insurance laws, and company policies in all sales activities.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery.

  • Inputting sales data into the internal system & providing periodical reports/ ad hoc on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.

  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, developments, and healthcare product and regulation changes to advise clients and adapt sales strategies effectively.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • Education: bachelor’s degree

  • Licensing: You will need to obtain the appropriate insurance licenses as required by law.

  • Experience: at least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or 1 years’ experience in health insurance service.

  • Skills:

  • Communication and interpersonal

  • Negotiation

  • Problem-solving

  • Customer relationship management

  • Teamwork

  • Proficiency in using sales software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint…

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

  • Results Orientation: The ability to meet sales targets and achieve results in a competitive market.

  • Knowledge: A good understanding of health insurance products, markets, laws, and regulations is highly valued.

  • Networking: a strong network of potential clients is highly valued.
