Purpose of the Role

As a* Digital Servicing Specialist*, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our end-to-end web and digital service offerings. Your focus will be on providing unparalleled customer service and ensuring seamless experiences for meeting owners, clients, and attendees. From creating and maintaining registration websites to supporting mobile apps, onsite technology, and virtual solutions, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing event experiences.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Attendee Registration Websites:

    o Create, develop, and maintain attendee registration websites using a CMS platform. o Ensure user-friendly interfaces and smooth registration processes.

  2. Digital Service Offerings:

    o Provide support and development for various digital services, including Mobile Apps, Onsite Technology, and Virtual Solutions. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance event technology.

  3. Client Consultation:

    o Consult with clients to understand their needs, design preferences, and functionality requirements. o Ensure client specifications, standards, and objectives are met.

  4. Client Knowledge Building:

    o Attend weekly conference calls to build and maintain strong client knowledge. o Stay informed about client preferences and evolving requirements.

  5. Issue Resolution:

    o Monitor active websites proactively. o Escalate potential client or supplier issues promptly to managers or program managers. o Collaborate with clients when necessary to address challenges effectively.

  6. Continuous Improvement:

    o Contribute to process refinement and procedure enhancements. o Seek opportunities to optimize digital servicing tools and workflows.

  7. Additional Duties:

    o Perform other assigned duties as needed to support successful event execution.

Education & experience

Education

  • University degree or equivalent experience and has a major in Information Technology or Web Development

Experience

  • 2 years of web development and digital meeting experience that includes basic HTML/CSS/Javascript coding
  • Experience in web development using CMS, preferred
  • Experience in using Web registration platform such as Cvent, Hopin, etc, preferred but not required

Knowledge & skills

  • Intermediate to advance knowledge on web coding (HTML, HTML5, CSS) required
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge on web programming tools/applications such as Adobe Dreamweaver, preferred
  • Knowledge on web building using WYSIWYG application
  • Graphics skills using the Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design software application.
  • Communication skills (concise, clear, effective and professional)
  • Detail-orientation, organization, prioritization and teamwork-oriented.
  • Ability to understand and enforce company SOP (Standard Operation Process).

Languages

  • English fluent both verbal and written
  • Spanish (desired, but not mandatory)
