About the job you’re considering
As Teamcenter QA Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of Testing and Automation related to Teamcenter Implementation.
Your role
•Manage and assist the client PLM implementation team in the development of all testing-related activities, test documentation, including test and resource plans, test cases/scripts, checklists, bug reports, and test result tracking using ALM tools. JIRA is preferred.
•Define QA deliverables (for both manual and automated as appropriate) based on the scope
•Develop and maintain resource plan to ensure the testing is adequately staffed for the successful execution of the testing cycles to adhere to Release plan
•Work with the project team to identify, log and track issues using defect tracking tools
•Proactively identify and escalate critical issues, blockers and risks and propose mitigation plan to minimize the impact on the project timelines
•Provide inputs during project planning (resource requirements, test estimates, etc.) and throughout the development life cycle to ensure business objectives are met
•Work collaboratively with analysts, architects and subject matter experts
Your skills and experience
•5 years’ experience leading, managing & developing a team of testers
•10 years’ experience with hands-on manual and automation testing with multiple, integrated, applications
•Experience with Teamcenter PLM and Test Automation Tools. Selenium preferred.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Hands on experience with Jira or similar test and defect management tools.
•Experience with an agile/iterative development life cycle testing
•Proven test & defect management skills
•Experience in Selenium Web-drivers, develop and maintain automation scripts, deploy and run in different test environment
•Prepare test reports (manual and automation) for status updates and management review
•BS in Computer Science
