Conduent Supplier Onboarding Specialist with German Language in United States

The duties will include :

  • Onboard suppliers into Coupa by using CSP platform

  • Confirming correctness of vendor contact details

  • Responding to supplier queries via phone and email

  • Providing trainings to suppliers about Coupa in local language

We are looking for candidates with :

  • Customer service experience

  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken, level B2 or higher)

  • Min. 2 years of experience in working in BPO/SSC

  • Very good communication skills

  • Solid understanding and fluency with using the Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of Coupa will be an additional asset
