Sr. Product Designer - Vault Enterprise
US (Remote); #LI-Remote
Meet the Team
Vault is HashiCorp’s multi-cloud security platform. Its open-source community has tens of thousands of active, engaged users. Its enterprise users are some of the world's largest finance, healthcare, and technology companies.
Vault’s core use cases are in Secrets Management, Encryption, and Access/Identity Management. The Vault product design team is passionate about helping our customers reduce the risk of data exposure and security breaches.
You’ll join a team of excellent individual contributors working across self-managed, managed service, and SaaS Vault offerings.
What We Do
We design and build workflows to enable our customers to secure their applications and protect sensitive information data. We focus on enabling platform teams and their customers (typically developers) to adopt and improve strong security practices.
We do this with the user at heart and our ‘beauty works better’ principle in hand. We believe the design process can and should feel satisfying for stakeholders, continually improve with insights, and regularly deliver positive outcomes for our business.
What You’ll Do
You'll collaborate with a distributed, remote-first team to lead strategy and create seamless experiences for several personas in a highly technical space with complex challenges. You will work closely with Product Management and Engineering to research, define, and execute the strategy and roadmap.
Working with other accomplished Secure Product Line designers across many levels and backgrounds to take a holistic view across our on-prem and cloud offerings and to execute high-quality designs.
Your responsibilities include sharing feedback and collaborating on user flows, mockups, and prototypes. You will apply Hashicorp’s Design system and help elevate our design quality. You can participate in a mentorship program either as a mentor, mentee, or both.
If you’re a Senior Product Designer who loves distilling daunting complexities into opinionated, intuitive designs and workflows, this position is for you!
