Zelis Sr. Analyst L&D in United States
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training programs focused on both technical and soft skill development, catering to the diverse needs of our workforce.
Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials and course content.
Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, such as classroom instruction, virtual sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development to enhance the quality and relevance of our training initiatives.
Mentor and support junior training staff, providing guidance and expertise in instructional design, facilitation techniques, and content development
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on both soft skills and technical training.
Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and content creation using various authoring tools and platforms.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners and create a positive and interactive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
