Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs focused on both technical and soft skill development, catering to the diverse needs of our workforce.

  • Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia content.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials and course content.

  • Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, such as classroom instruction, virtual sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development to enhance the quality and relevance of our training initiatives.

  • Mentor and support junior training staff, providing guidance and expertise in instructional design, facilitation techniques, and content development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on both soft skills and technical training.

  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and content creation using various authoring tools and platforms.

  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners and create a positive and interactive learning environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
