Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Sr. Acquisition Specialist in Washington, D.C.

Position Responsibilities:

• The contractor shall work with program personnel and assist with the development and implementation of acquisition strategies for programs and procurements of various sizes and complexities.

• The contractor shall provide strategic acquisition support. The contractor shall support all aspects of the acquisition process including:

• Acquisition/procurement approaches, strategies, and plans

• Statements of Work (SOWs) and Performance Work Statements (PWSs)

• Market research and Market Research Reports

• Business and technical requirements

• Gathering information to assist with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)

• Proposal Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Criteria

• Logistical assistance with Industry Days, Conferences, and performance meetings

• Acquisition package development and tracking

• Determination and Findings (D&F), and Justification and Approval (J&A) development

• Acquisition document templates and any procurement guidance necessary to facilitate the procurement process for all OCHCO Divisions

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree: Masters degree preferred

• 10 years experience in Acquisition/procurement

• Experience with Statements of Work (SOWs) and Performance Work Statements (PWSs)

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Clearance if required.

Security Requirements:

• Background check

• Top Secret Clearance

• Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.

• Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check
