Senior Manager, DX Operations and NOC

Location: This role can be hybrid or home based in the US

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, DX Operations and NOC will lead a team of Digital Experience professionals who support the organization’s Network Operations Center and ITIL practices including Event, Incident, Change and Problem Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on monitoring practices using cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google, and AWS.

This role requires experience in working in Dev/Ops, SRE framework to support Bentley’s Product Teams, Network Operations and ITIL Practices, delivering excellent support for our end users and internal colleagues. Familiarity with Network Operations Center and ITIL Practices with a focus on Event, Incident, Change and Problem Management and product service level agreements.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Objective Key Results: Actively contribute to goals and initiatives of the Digital Experience Organization as a leader within Digital Operations NOC and ITIL. Experience and leadership in project management and working in time-sensitive environments.

• Network Operations and Event Management: Mature and govern monitoring environments, supporting incident escalations and resolutions meeting SLA requirements.

• Incident and Problem Management: Mature and govern Incident and Problem Management Practices to support the evolving requirements of the company. Ability to identify areas of improvements and provide influence for change.

• Cross Organizational Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional organizations providing goal driven results.

• Reporting and Analysis: Assist in organizations reporting and metrics providing insights and making recommendations on process improvements.

• Policy Development: Provide governance and oversight while maturing ITIL practices. Supporting company compliance.

What you bring to The Team:

• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, ITIL V3 Foundations or higher) Certification are advantageous.

• Proficiency in using Muli Cloud Platforms ((Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)

• Proficiency in using ITSM Service Delivery Tools (ServiceNow)

• Proficiency in using monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Grafana, PagerDuty)

• Relevant education (e.g., bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple business terms.

• Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements (https://www.bls.gov/ors/factsheet/visual-overview-of-physical-demands.htm) ).

• There is no travel required for this role.
