We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to assist our Lighting market. This role will provide data driven analysis and support the Finance organization and Executive leadership throughout the organization.

Location:

This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in Corona, CA, in accordance with company policy. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver, and refine ad hoc analysis, financial models, and business cases to support a rapidly changing business environment.

  • Provides financial analysis, forecast, and insights to aid in decision making and communicate financial results to business leaders and the finance management team.

  • Provide clear margin analysis at the customer, product, and channel level.

  • Understanding of components driving margin (volume, price, and cost).

  • Support month end report out to business leaders.

  • P&L Results (sales, margin, and opex).

  • Forecast update / identifying items not visible in the numbers driving the forecast.

  • Provides financial justification for proposed investments and access their potential impact on the company’s financial performance.

  • Helps identify opportunities to mange expenses appropriately with sales.

  • Support data needs for business leaders and finance leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

  • At least 4 years in a FP&A role and 7+ years in the finance field.

  • Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft O365 (especially Excel).

  • Microsoft Power BI experience preferred.

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, and comfortable combining multiple data sources.

  • Effective and professional communicator comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership.

  • Ability to work in a team environment of hard-working colleagues.

  • Effectively self-manage schedule, work location (home/office/remote) and competing priorities from multiple internal customers/projects.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$5,175.00 - $8,433.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
