The Senior Director of Professional Services is responsible for developing the growth roadmap for professional services, overseeing revenue, budgeting, and hiring needs for the team, and collaborating with sales to commercialize new services. They also streamline processes, provide oversight to key client projects, and act as the primary point of contact for vendors and client escalations related to implementations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building the growth roadmap for professional services and partnering with sales to successfully commercialize new services

  • Manage revenue, budgeting, and hiring needs for the Professional Services team

  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and lead Monthly Operational Reviews

  • Partner with sales on scope of work for net new clients to ensure alignment on client ROI

  • Drive operational improvements and streamline processes to improve time to first value

  • Provide oversight to key client projects

  • Act as primary point of contact for vendors and client escalations related to implementations

  • Partner with Product Management team to ensure release readiness

  • Maintain strong, positive CSAT scores

  • Partner with IT on functionality/technology to support a modern client onboarding experience

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • MBA a plus

  • Ten (10)+ years in a leadership position

  • Five (5)+ years in operations related discipline

  • Experience managing a P&L

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of organizations - both internal and external

  • Operations process and quality improvement through Lean, 6-sigma,or other continuous improvement framework

  • Experience implementing and driving performance of operational metrics

  • Established track record of introducing new products or services successfully from concept to commercialization

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience in Healthcare IT; EHR space a plus

  • Experience with FinancialForce/Certinia a plus

Work Environment/Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • Hybrid position. Must work on-site three (3) days per week as scheduled by the company

  • Must be able to lift ten (10) pounds at a time

  • While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for most of the workday

  • This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard most of their workday

  • This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for extended periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as incoming and outgoing communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices.

  • The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
