The Hershey Company Senior Associate Manager Omnichannel Marketing, Regional Food in United States

Job Location: Remote This position can be remote or based in Hershey, PA * Summary:* The Sr. Assoc Mgr Omni Marketing, Regional Food will be responsible for managing Omnichannel Marketing efforts for food customers such as Publix, Hyvee, Wakefern and more. This position will partner with the sales organization and agency partners to drive top and bottom-line growth by delivering best-in-class marketing excellence, digital commerce and in-store & online demand. Responsibility includes delivering annual plan as well as out-year plans, maximizing demand & driving growth. This position is internally and externally facing serving as the key partner with Hershey Marketing & Media and the Sales and Cat. Man teams. Externally, this position will be responsible for building long-lasting and sustainable relationships with the Marketing, Media, and Digital Merchant contacts at these Food customers and supporting the relationship with the category Merchants to further establish Hershey as a leader in Omnichannel Marketing. * Responsibilities:* • Owns customer relationships in Marketing & Retail Media and supports sales team ownership of Merchant/Digital Merchant relationships. • Effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels and with the customer(s). • Understands customer specific performance, insights, trends and opportunities to inform omni strategies. • Oversees development and execution for omnichannel marketing programs including oversight of marketing & media investment, development of creative briefs, displays, digital advertising, sampling and content. • Manages agency relationships for creative and media (where supported). • Supports sales team in digital commerce strategy and execution inclusive of content, search (paid & organic) and site taxonomy in partnership with key internal stakeholders (Content, Omni Analytics, ReSET/Holistic Advisor, sales, and CatMan) • Translates data/insights into demand generation. Collaborate with sales, category strategy, and insights teams to drive merchandising, marketing, and promotions. • Partners with sales counterparts on Annual/Quarterly planning (AOP) for applicable customers • Supports retailer JBP’s from a marketing/media perspective. * Knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities: * • Proven ability to broadly impact organizations and drive sustainable growth. • Expertise in brand management/marketing inclusive of agency management, creative development of physical/digital programs, and development of big ideas. • Experience with shopper marketing, media and digital merch preferred. • Self-starter with experience identifying issues and opportunities, developing solutions, securing alignment and leading implementation with limited guidance. • Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment. Strong problem solving and project management skills. • Proven ability to prioritize and work on multiple assignments at once. Ability to identify synergies and create efficiencies across multiple assignments/opportunities. • Proficiency: MS Excel, PowerPoint. Clear communication and effective presentation skills. * Key Criteria* • Self-starter – ability to identify and prioritize issues and opportunities and develop proposed solutions with limited guidance • Ability to Influence – capable of crafting and delivering the story to rally key internal and customer stakeholders to implement solutions that drive business results • Marketing Expertise – experience working with agency partners, digital commerce and media acumen required; brand management preferred • Leadership Experience – proven ability to work cross-functionally to dramatically impact business results (both top and bottom-line) • Resourceful – ability to identify and/or build efficient, scalable solutions with limited guidance and can prioritize across multiple assignments * Requirements:* • Travel: up to 30% of time * Experience:* •Four plus (4+) years of experience managing Digital Marketing or Digital Commerce Business. •CPG background preferred, but not required. * Education:* •BA/BS in business, marketing, data, or comparable field degree. •MBA preferred. #LI-AM1 The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
