RCM Technologies Scientist/QC Microbiology Lab in United States
CONTRACT Title or Role: Scientist/QC Microbiology Lab Location: Barceloneta, Puerto Rico, 100% face to face work Length of Contract: 6 months Company Description: Our client specializes in small molecule contract manufacturing, with capabilities like massing, granulation, direct compression, hot melt extrusion, bi-layer tablets, tablet coating, capsules, particle coating, and liquids. Position Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scientist to join our esteemed client's Quality Control Microbiology Laboratory. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in the successful transfer of microbiological test methods for a new and exciting product launch. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and smooth integration of these methods into their current testing processes. Responsibilities:
Write documents related to Test Method Transfer (TMT) activities such as but not limited to "Protocols and Reports,
GAP assessments
Evaluations of culture media, microorganisms and test methods”
Executes TMT Protocols
Performs Data Integrity Assessments
Write Operational Procedures and Test Methods
Investigates non- conformities events (Validation Investigation) and defines CAPAS to avoid recurrences
Train Laboratory personnel on new test methods.
Qualifications:
Manages multiples priorities and comply with deadlines
Demonstrates strong analytical skill
Vast Knowledge in tests such as but not limited to TAMC, TYMC, E. coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus Aureus, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa
Experience performing Microbiology Test Method Transfer
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in science, Major in Microbiology with six (6) years of experience in related field.
