Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Location: Winston-Salem, NC Duration: 13 Weeks Description: REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time travelers. Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: IV Start, Telemetry Certs: BCLS PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: ACLS, NIH JOB DETAILS: Target Ratios: 1:6/7 - 1:6 Target Ratio during normal staffing (max 1:7 ratio when census is up/ during critical staffing) *36 or 48 Hours Can Be Offered. If 48, no OT billed until after 48 hours. Shift: 12HR Nights Will accept 13 Weeks Float Requirement: FLOATING REQUIRED as needed. Weekend Requirement: Every other Weekend REQUIRED. PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Patients are med surg (We no longer accept cardiac telemetry patients as before. ) UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR SCHEDULING TYPE: Self scheduling UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours SCRUBS: Navy and/or White.
