Numerator Qualitative Market Researcher in United States
The salary range for this role is $66,000 - $91,300/year + Bonus
Numerator is looking for a Qualitative Market Researcher to work within our agile and hungry qualitative division! This is an incredibly unique opportunity for any qual-minded individuals with a passion for deep and meaningful consumer connections to help create, execute, analyze and report on qualitative projects big and small.
As a team member, you will make an immediate impact through the design and moderation of qualitative research, which will predominantly be done using our asynchronous online platform but may include virtual focus groups and IDIs. Additionally, you will utilize your qualitative storytelling skills to craft inspirational and action-oriented reports.

How You'll Spend Your Time
Work on qualitative research within our research team
Moderate via our online/virtual methodologies, primarily using our asynchronous online platform but also online focus groups and IDIs
Analyze and write qualitative reports in Word and PowerPoint based on your moderated findings and other qualitative output
Create supporting qualitative outputs such as video reels, infographics, one pagers, etc.
Support other Qual team members to help generate proposals and quotes for clients
Project manage multiple simultaneous qualitative projects
At least 5 years of solid qualitative moderating, analysis, and report writing experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Research agency-side experience preferred
Previous CPG specific qualitative experience preferred
Asynchronous (bulletin board) qualitative experience an asset
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and ability to develop relationships across a wide variety of roles within an account
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
Can operate in an ever-changing environment and work within tight but reasonable deadlines
Ability to travel up to 10% of a given year
