POSITION: Senior Program Manager- Supply Chain ERP

WORK LOCATION: 2550 Denali Street Anchorage AK 99503. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

JOB DUTIES: Develop, implement, test, and troubleshoot Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, services, and systems to assist management with logistics, procurement, and supply chain functions. Function as Business Analyst working with IT teams for corporate-wide, business strategy initiatives to ensure positive resolution. Meet with IT and business teams to discuss requirements, design and testing updates, and project status. Develop business process flows, identify risk points, and suggest risk mitigating measures. Develop and implement projects and business development to ensure milestones/goals are met and align with approved budgets. Prepare Technical and Functional documentation, working with end users to document business processes & functional requirements. Interact with subject matter experts and teams to identify and refine test requirements during SDLC and maintain test libraries/environments. Provide support for daily reports on Cycle counts to improve inventory accuracy, month/quarter end activities to help business with close process, and SOx compliance audits. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field

• 3 years of experience in operations research analysis for logistics, procurement and supply chains-related occupation. Experience must include 3 years of experience in operations research analysis for logistics, procurement, and supply chains, including 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• ERP applications from a business perspective;

• Oracle e-Business Suite;

• Implementing, testing, and troubleshooting Oracle Financials Applications, including Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, Inventory, iSupplier, Order Management (OM), Warehouse Management Solution (WMS), Bills of Material (BOM), Advanced Pricing, and Advance Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)

• Preparing technical specification and functional documentation for Oracle financial modules, and maintaining test libraries and environments for testing and troubleshooting

• Providing technical and functional support to Business Analysts

• Developing business flows in INV and WMS

• Business configuration in Oracle iProcurement to supplier sites, defining categories, security matrix, content zones, and setting up transparent/direct punchouts

IN THE ALTERNATIVE THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field

• 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in operations research analysis for logistics, procurement and supply chains-related occupation. Experience must include 5 years of experience in operations research analysis for logistics, procurement, and supply chains, including 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• ERP applications from a business perspective;

• Oracle e-Business Suite;

• Implementing, testing, and troubleshooting Oracle Financials Applications, including Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, Inventory, iSupplier, Order Management (OM), Warehouse Management Solution (WMS), Bills of Material (BOM), Advanced Pricing, and Advance Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)

• Preparing technical specification and functional documentation for Oracle financial modules, and maintaining test libraries and environments for testing and troubleshooting

• Providing technical and functional support to Business Analysts

• Developing business flows in INV and WMS

• Business configuration in Oracle iProcurement to supplier sites, defining categories, security matrix, content zones, and setting up transparent/direct punchouts

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 40+ hours per week; $158,975.08- $158,975.08 per year.
