About the role
What you need to know:
Guarantee the correct and timely policies issuance in accordance with policies and procedures; to be able to offer quality products and comply with established issuance standards.
Activities Description: to review the information received from the clients/agents, to assure the fulfilment of issuance politics, to compare the data base for issuance with the underwriter proposal looking for possible difference, to charge the information into the system, to review that the information charged in the system is correct.

Analytical Thinking and Decision Making: Analyzing data and situations, to see cause and effect and make appropriate decisions that are consistent with available facts, constraints and likely consequences.
Customer Orientation: Ability to anticipate customer needs (internal and external), address them, and constantly seek new ways to exceed customer expectations to enhance business value.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt and work in the face of new situations, individuals and groups.
Functional competencies:
Data Analytics: Strong understanding of quality performance data.
Business SLAs: Understanding of business expectations in terms of key deliverables.
MS Office Proficiency: Knowledge and ability to use data processing packages such as MS Office, advanced/intermedia Excel.
