Our client, a leading provider in the educational technology industry, is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join their team. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various operations and solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a growth mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $16.90 per hour

(No C2C, must be able to work a W2 without sponsorship)

What's the Job?

  • Support Solutions and Operations team members and sales to confirm, initiate/extend/terminate, and track affordable access business, ensuring seamless delivery of products.

  • Collaborate with sales and operations team members to identify inclusive access and private offer business, partnering with sales to transition customers to appropriate solutions.

  • Capture, confirm, and communicate appropriate metadata to third-party distribution partners.

  • Assist with data reporting and analytics as needed.

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's digital products.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, project management, operations, or a similar role

  • Experience with data analytics is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work with cross-functional teams

  • A positive attitude and a purpose-driven spirit for embracing challenges
