What You'll Do:

· Define migration strategies: facilitate the efficient and secure transfer of infrastructures to Microsoft 365,

Azure AD/Entra ID, or Active Directory solutions, while optimizing user collaboration and productivity.

· Lead the design, installation, and configuration of the company's technological architecture, following the

phases of Planning, Analysis, Design, Construction, and Testing.

· Manage medium to large-sized projects, ensuring communication on progress, risk management, and financial health

in line with Avanade's commitments to its clients.

· Apply your technical expertise and consulting skills and experience to guide clients and create solutions

tailored to their needs.

· Actively participate in the development of client relationships and the creation of business proposals.

· Be responsible for managing teams of onshore & offshore consultants and contribute to the animation of the

internal community.

· Be a reference in your field of expertise and share your knowledge within the technical community through deep-

dive sessions, articles, and internal training.

Skills and experiences:

You have previous experience with:

· In-depth expertise in the technologies of the M365 ecosystem. Azure AD/Entra ID and Active Directory.

· Proven experience in designing M365 architectures and leading large-scale technical projects.

· Certification in at least one of the following: MS700, MS102, AZ800/801, SC300.

· Excellent communication skills in English and French for effective work in an international environment.

· Your excellent communication skills enable you to work successfully in a multicultural environment, in English

and French.
