The Role

In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance.

Who You Are

  • Fluency in French and English

  • 8+ years of professional experience in application integration and support Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and administer WebSphere/ WebSphere MQ, ControlM, Axway on Unix, AIX, and Windows platforms.

  • Have very good experience in production management and application release lifecycle.

  • Management of the processing of malfunctions (incidents or problems) with the technical support of third-party publishers in order to ensure the availability and maintenance in operational condition of the middleware

  • Troubleshooting and managing queues, jobs, and application flows Implement and maintain monitoring of middleware components

  • Create and maintain good technical documentation.

  • Experience working with Oracle and SQL Server RDBMSs.

  • Management of trouble tickets and change requests on a daily basis

  • Backup and recovery process. 24/7 production control support and on-call support.

  • Contribution to crisis units

  • Good communication skills,

  • Need to participate in meetings with clients.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure.

  • Work on Service Desk tickets.

  • Coordination with Kyndryl and customer stakeholders to resolve issues.

  • Continuous improvement of the management of middleware operations and define improvement plans to automate and stabilize the IS Actively participate in production review meetings

  • Experience in tuning, automation

  • A minimum of 8+ years of global experience in the Middleware and Application

  • Support field with proven experience in operations

Opening hours: Monday or Friday 8am-6pm. HNO interventions at weekends and in the evening are to be expected + regular on-call duty
