ICONMA, LLC Marketing Manager - Digital III in United States
Our Client, a Software company, is looking for a Marketing Manager - Digital III for their Seattle, WA/ Indianapolis, IN/Remote location. Responsibilities:
Creating comms plans, meeting with stakeholders and team members, writing comms, sending comms in various communication channels (email, Slack, etc.), creating decks, videos and other enablement documents
Responsible for crafting compelling messaging, coordinating high-profile presentations, creating and maintaining documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of comms and enablement to support and launch big, transformational projects through various internal communication channels including presentations, emails, videos, and Slack posts
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Create and maintain core enablement documents for internal and external teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (other marketing communication teams, marketing enablement, operations, product, etc.) to understand their messaging and goals and translate them into impactful communication plans, calendar, and supporting enablement documentation. Coordinate and manage execution.
Proactively identify and anticipate communication needs and opportunities for big projects
Requirements:
5+ years of recent professional internal communications or enablement experience
Must have skills: Writing exec comms, creating communication plans, Google Slides/Docs, writing long-form documentation
Teachable skills: Understanding technical concepts, experience with marketing analytics or marketing operations, experience with Google Sheets
Optional skills: Plus if they have experience with technical writing and experience with CRM products (Sales Cloud a plus)
Years of Experience: 3 rounds

Experience developing and implementing communication or enablement plans
Demonstrated experience communicating with global audiences and awareness of different cultures, languages, local customs and communication nuances
Experience creating content: digital, written, video, or visual communications materials
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
Experience in marketing
Excellent business communications skills
Experience driving cultural change and influencing organizations through communications
Strong judgment in ambiguous situations
Proven ability to think strategically and implement ideas from ideation to measurement/evaluation
Agility and flexibility with a “can-do”, problem-solving attitude
Track record for learning and being curious, diving into unknown territory and learning new concepts
