About This Role

The Project Controller (PCO) is responsible for executing specific project related activities during the project's execution life cycle. The PCO's main function is to assist the Project Manager (PM) and/or Training Centre Manager in controlling project progress and performance, project financials and schedule, analysis, reporting, project closure, and various customer related, as well as administrative, duties/activities. The role will be located in Sydney.

The Role we are offering you:

  • Support project initialisation

  • Execute the control processes implemented by the Project Management Office.

  • Manage change requests and scenario-based analysis

  • Produce project, program & client required documentation

    Our ideal candidate has:

  • Project management certification

  • Sound knowledge & experience in project management fundamentals and tools

  • Financial and/or business acumen

  • Proficiency in MS Suite, ideally in MS Projects, Excel, Word, Outlook & Powerpoint

    Note: as the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
