Our client, a leader in Technology and Innovation in Human Capital Management is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team. As a Data Scientist, you will be part of the analytics department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous learning, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Schedule: Flexible, Hybrid 2-3 days per week ideally
Type: Contract
Duration: 6 Mos, high opt for extension
Pay Range: Based on Experience (W2 only)
What's the Job?
Utilize machine learning algorithms and techniques to develop predictive models.
Manipulate and analyze data using SQL and other tools such as Databricks and AWS.
Implement deep learning frameworks and tools including PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt to changing project requirements.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders.
What's Needed?
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
Minimum of 2 years of industrial experience in data science or a related field.
Solid understanding of active and continuous learning methodologies.
Experience with AI concepts related to RAG architecture, LLMs, and Vector Datastores.
Proficiency in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
