Our client, a leader in Technology and Innovation in Human Capital Management is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team. As a Data Scientist, you will be part of the analytics department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous learning, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Schedule: Flexible, Hybrid 2-3 days per week ideally

Type: Contract

Duration: 6 Mos, high opt for extension

Pay Range: Based on Experience (W2 only)

What's the Job?

• Utilize machine learning algorithms and techniques to develop predictive models.

• Manipulate and analyze data using SQL and other tools such as Databricks and AWS.

• Implement deep learning frameworks and tools including PyTorch and TensorFlow.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt to changing project requirements.

• Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial experience in data science or a related field.

• Solid understanding of active and continuous learning methodologies.

• Experience with AI concepts related to RAG architecture, LLMs, and Vector Datastores.

• Proficiency in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
