Job Details:

Scheduled hours: Variable hours

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday from 6am - 6pm

Job Description:

Responsible for providing a nurturing, safe, healthy and educational environment for children in a daycare center setting. Engage and monitor children through age appropriate activities and learning. Dress children, change diapers and assist in potty training. Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities and meals served. Communicate with children's parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues. Sanitize toys and play equipment. Assist in preparing food and serving meals and refreshments to children. Instruct children in health and personal habits, such as eating, resting, and toilet habits. Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
