Overall Responsibilities: Generate and manage the promotional strategy and budget for the Client business in US Retail. Lead the ideation and implementation of the launch offer strategies in US Retail, partnering across sales and the 1P channel. Manage large data models and complex analyses to inform optimal usage of available budgets; identify and lead any relevant acceleration plans to close gaps to Plan. Ongoing business management - reporting on performance, competitive activities, and market dynamics. Adjusting strategy where needed based upon business conditions. Regular discussions with multiple levels of senior leadership on Retail’s strategy and performance, while providing recommendations on available levers to accelerate sales. Build relationships with key cross-functional partners to drive promotional activities and retail activation. Help develop and deliver presentations for ad hoc and recurring meetings, providing insights on the US Retail channel Guide and lead the annual planning process across Retail partners, ensuring volume expectations align with TAM and investment envelopes Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in sales operations, financial modeling, demand planning, or management consulting. Experience building analysis and/or data visualizations in excel/Client spreadsheets Experience working with C-level executives and across all levels of management. Preferred qualifications: Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable Experience generating insights from analysis on large data sets to drive business decisions. Experience in business finance, consulting, and/or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, or Technology industries. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences. Structured problem-solving skills, combined with business acumen.
