We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to contribute to our continued success and help with our growth with a passion for robotics and technology.

As a Business Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to spearhead our growth efforts, and directly impact the direction of our business.

Type of role: Part-Time, Contract with strong possibility to extend to full-time and long-term.

You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging and following up with prospective clients

  • Qualifying and handing off incoming leads

  • Coordinating meetings with prospects

  • Managing SEO/SEM and content marketing

  • Executing social media and email campaigns

In this job, you will:

  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and decision-making process. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's ideal customer profile.

  • Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media messages. Craft compelling messaging tailored to each prospect to create interest and engage in meaningful conversations.

  • Source new leads and opportunities through inbound and outbound marketing strategies.

  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to maximize efficiency and conversion rates. Continuously update lead status and progress in the sales pipeline to provide visibility into performance metrics.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to optimize lead generation efforts and align messaging with overall marketing campaigns.

  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve targeting and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Development.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Tech and Hardware experience is preferred but not required.

  • Must be located in the US, willing to work aligned with the PST timezone.
