Main Responsibilities

The Modulus Tuas Project Financial Controlling Expert will be responsible for following Finance controlling activities of Modulus Tuas Site:

• Project Monthly closing preparation and review

• Project Actual and forecast reporting (all tools applicable as Boost, SHINE, CRT)

• Maintain SAP master data & cost structure

• Project Cost assurance in actual

• Project Headcount actual & forecast tracking and analysis

• Applying local procedures to achieve process efficiency

Context of the job/major challenges

• In charge of project monthly closing and provision, make sure Modulus SGP project costs are appropriately and timely booked in SAP

• Manage site actual and forecast reporting, analysis for project cost & headcount for Modulus SGP management center

• Manage the master data in SAP and other financial related systems

• Support treasury teams for cash forecast preparation

• Support the project forecast & budget preparation and review

• Support the statutory audit readiness

• Support the implementation of Modulus SGP local financial procedures for Fixed Assets life cycle management

• Lead Modulus SGP site capitalization with support of SBS A2R team and site Asset owners

• Lead Modulus SGP grant claim process

Modulus Tuas Project Financial Controlling Expert Operating network will be:

• Local Finance & Global support Functions: Other affiliates Finance and GSF teams, SBS P2P and A2R team, global Finance teams

• Partners: Modulus SGP project controller, Project Engineering team, Modulus Tuas site operational team

Modulus Tuas Project Financial Controlling Expert is the main focal point for his/her main operational clients and can organize his/her support accordingly while complying the finance processes at Sanofi Group level.

About You

• Minimum of 10 years financial accounting and controlling experience, project CAPEX finance accounting experience is preferred

• Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Boost, Shine

• ccounting and Finance compliance in particular Fixed Assets & CAPEX Management

• Knowledge of finance reporting and local financial rules

• Experience at Budget & Forecast process and cost analysis

• Project Management

• Internal control & compliance

• Safety mindset
