Join us as a Front Office Supervisor at Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre . For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can:

  • Upsell premier room guests to club room

  • Take care of cash float and ensure it has the amount of cash specified by supervisors/manager at the end of the shift

  • Facilitate guest services to ensure that guests receive prompt, cordial, efficient and personalized service

  • Maintain inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless customer service

  • Guide and drive Guest Experience team to uphold guest service standards and drive hotel’s Heartbeat score

  • Oversee all functions of Guest Experience team in Club Lounge and Front Office, and carry out Front Office duties where necessary

  • Ensure that the Guest Experience team are performing their required duties to hotel's standards and properly groomed

  • Maintain and improve processes of Guest Experience team in Club Lounge and Front Office to ensure maximum guest satisfaction

  • Monitor and manage staffing in Guest Experience Champions and Executive Lounge teams

  • Manage Guest Experience team operations to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction

  • Handle guests complaints and drive the team to achieve problem resolution target

  • Turn away guests if occupancies deem necessary

  • Ensure that Club Lounge is neat and clean at all times

  • Ensure repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition

  • Keep track of guest comments, compile statistics and provide reports relating to that area

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in hotel operations is required.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

  • Able to read, write and communicate in English

  • Excellent communication, coordination, team management and problem solving skills

  • Computer literate
