IHG Club Lounge Manager - Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre in Singapore

Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre is looking for a Club Lounge Manager who can assist with the maintenance of all aspects of Club Lounge by ensuring product quality and that optimum service is provided to all its guests in accordance with Brand standards, policies and guidelines established by Intercontinental Hotels Group.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in preparing and maintaining all expenses for the department in line with the budget
Actively support the up selling initiatives of the Front Desk with relevant feedback
Assist in supervise the entire operations of the Club Lounge; this includes its rooms, facilities and food & beverage operations
Ensure an excellent quality of the product, food & beverage offerings and the facility are presented at all times by liaising with other departments/Heads such as Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Director and Executive Housekeeper
Ensure that bookings for the Club’s meeting room are optimally managed and it is well maintained to meet guest requests
Assist in the preparation of efficient work schedules for all staff assigned to the Club in order to optimize their productivity without negatively impacting guest service standards
Maintain professional standards of conduct, hygiene, uniforms and grooming of all employees assigned to the Club Lounge
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or a Business Diploma/Degree through a recognized College or University, and 3 years in a management capacity in Front Office operations with a combination of experience and knowledge of Food & Beverage. Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation.
Required Skills:
Communication skills for interaction with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and colleagues, reflecting highly on the hotel, brand and IHG
Good writing skills and a creative thinker
Proficient in the use of relevant technology, Microsoft office and Fidelio operating systems
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
Strong leadership skills in managing team and a decision maker
Basic Financial and analytical skills
Ability to manage complex relationships in the work environment
Ability to cope with pressure at work
