Meta Agency Solutions Manager in Singapore
Summary:
The Agency Solutions Manager for Meta’s Southeast Asia Agency team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our advertisers and agencies at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key agency relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become an expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to our most transformative agencies. With proven understanding of digital media, this role is responsible for partnering with the agency partners to drive growth by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities and use data and analytics to build consultative solutions for our customers.This is a full time role based in our Singapore office.

Agency Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
Serve as external product consultant educating agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
Ability to influence key decision makers with data and logic to overcome obstacles and objections to test solutions and programs
Project Management and Internal Operations
Relationship Management
Project manage complex work streams
Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators
Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation
Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions
Build and manage relationships with key agency partners across disciplines
Help agencies understand the value of Meta's solutions
In partnership with Agency Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with Excel and analyzing datasets and delivering insights
BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing senior executives
Problem solving experience

Experience as a Meta practitioner and knowledge of Meta’s suite of ad products
Vietnamese or Indonesian Bahasa proficiency would be preferred given to the need to work with external partners in these markets
