J&J MedTech EMEA, one of the region’s leading healthcare companies, is seeking to recruit an experienced, employee and organizational communicator who is passionate about building and delivering impactful, strategic communications that engage employees, solve challenges and drive business results.
This role in 3 words: Storyteller – Creator – Collaborator
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
Content creation and storytelling
Bring creative solutions to a range of communication channels to inspire, educate and strengthen the culture among the diverse and extensive employee base across J&J MedTech Europe, Middle-East and Africa.
Be an expert storyteller and content creator, use varied communication channels to drive impact in key priority topics.
Create content across a range of mediums, including graphics, email, video, and podcasts.
Coordination of key employee events, both in-person and virtual, including supporting enterprise and leader events.
Amplification of EMEA content, cross-geographies, and business units/sectors.
Strategy development and implementation
Responsible for EMEA employee communications channel strategy.
Management of editorial planning for regional (EMEA) communications platforms and assets.
Use trends and insights to improve employee communications.
Identify alternative channels and tools to accelerate impact and engagement.
Build strong relationships with key business partners, provide insight and advice on employee communications.
Process and systems
Manage ongoing and timely analytics and reporting for employee communications and identify areas of opportunity.
Intranet management (for EMEA), including user experience, content publishing and analytics.
Creation and distribution of email communications via Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
A brand custodian ensuring alignment to brand guidelines across all employee communications.
Qualifications
We’d love to hear from YOU, if you have:
Required:
Exceptional written English – native or fully fluent.
An experienced organizational and employee communicator; comfortable in developing and implementing internal communications strategies, processes, channels and tools.
Confident in using data and analytics to inform communications activities and strategy.
Digitally savvy and capable of using the latest communications tools and platforms, including Canva, Photoshop, Office 365, Sales Force Marketing Cloud and content management systems.
A strong collaborator, skilled in strengthening relationships with business and communications partners at the regional and country level, and agency management.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with creativity, asset creation and content management.
Bonus: experience in operating in a highly matrixed, global organization.
