Job Description

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs.

Builds code and unit tests for programs of medium complexity.

Performs code reviews of moderate complexity.

Develops functional designs according to provided software requirements to implement moderately complex features within or across products.

Performs setup and process changes and validates solutions of moderate complexity.

Career Level - IC3

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer III, you will be responsible for:

  • analyzing, designing, coding, debugging, testing and modifying new software or enhancements while considering software functionalities;

  • translating requirements into technical solutions and gathering requested information

  • creating technical designs for small scope projects within team

  • providing high-level architecture guidance and developing specifications to resolve software problems

  • consulting with stakeholders on current functionality and complexity of added features

  • estimating effort for current and future projects of small to medium scope

  • debugging complicated issues that span multiple modules as well as low-level problems

  • sharing knowledge within team through mentorship, coaching, technical talks and blogs
