Oracle Funding and Risk Mgmt Analyst (Credit Analyst I) in Philippines

Job Description

Summary Statement:

Oracle Financing provides payment solutions to help Oracle customers acquire products and services. The Funding and Risk Management Analyst’s primary responsibilities are to manage the NetSuite transaction approvals in Europe, including submission to our bank Assignee partners, review responses, and input results in Oracle Financing’s system (OFS). The Analyst will apply the portals of our bank Assignee partners to obtain credit decisions, and then input the details of the decisions into OFS. The Analyst will need to understand the fundamental aspects of bank compliance and ensure compliance is completed by the bank Assignee partners. The Analyst should have the ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently with little guidance or supervision, and provide responsive support to the OFD sales organization.

Responsibilities:

Understand the bank Assignee partner portals for credit approvals and compliance to ensure accurate data entry.

Understand OFD systems (OFS) to ensure all information can be accurately input in a timely manner.

Ensure that due diligence is conducted in a professional, thorough, and timely manner.

Perform in a responsive manner while controlling risks.

Participate in projects as requested.

Obtain information related to financial condition and performance, operations, management, competition, and industry economics .

Maintain information as the need arises in OFS or other systems.

Requirements:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.

Ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines for deliverables and customer issues.

Ability to make independent decisions.

Intermediate level of software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Ability to think analytically and problem solve.

Ability to perform advanced financial and ratio analysis.

Ability to provide appropriate structures and negotiate terms.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of with 1-2 years work experience in trade credit or credit underwriting

Workork experience in leasing/financing with a bank, leasing company or captive finance company is desired but not required.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred

  • Relevant coursework includes Economics, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Financial Accounting

Work Shift:

5pm to 2am in Manila, Philippines
