• Develop and Coordinate with plant management, systems for upkeep of Surrounding & Service Floor.

• Identify Gaps, estimate expenses, get budget approved and order placed

• Coordinate with engineering services to ensure that internally assigned jobs are done to the acceptable level

• Take regular follow up and feedback with plant head and departmental head about accomplishment and quality of job

• Review and report deviations , investigate delays, disseminate key learning

• Anticipate hurdles, road blocks, interpret failures, raise flags on time

• Conduct checks challenge operating system, to ensure 24x7 readiness

• Guide project and engineering dept. for selection of components and vendors for finishing work and ensuring clean ability by design

• Participate in group interaction for facility design for premises upkeep.

• Avoidance of water logging, spillage elimination and control complying all occupational safety and security requirement

• Checking of external contaminants, insects, microbial growth / objectionable flora and fauna, honey combs, etc. during periodic rounds of the premises and buildings and taking appropriate actions/Inform to pest control in charge to mitigate them.
