Job Title: SAP Delivery Lead

Job Location : Hyderabad

The SAP Factory – ERP Product and Services is accountable of the delivery and partnership with vendor to deliver complex, large and strategic programs (multi-year, multi-country programs) which are made of multiple projects. (S)He is accountable to ensure the vendor as part of the SAP Factory delivers SAP services related to all type of projects (project management, functional and technical, Expertise, development) at the expected level of quality, delay and costs through the Factory.

He/she manages the factory governance, catalogue of service, demand and forecast process in collaboration with PMO team, as well as the invoicing follow up and control, and the service delivery monitoring, in collaboration with the vendor.

Main responsibilities:

• Must understand project implementation life cycle

• Quotation management - review all Quotation proposals to ensure an optimum cost and resources to deliver the projects/programs

• Work with vendor to ensure we meet the KPI for the SAP Factory

• Ensure the vendors delivers as per Sanofi’s Quality expectations and KPI

• Stakeholder management between all parties involved in the delivery of the projects

• Contact point for escalation and arbitration between vendor and Sanofi internal stakeholders

• Establishes a trusted and strong relationship with the external partner

• Promotes and increases the use of provided services

• Ensures SAP Factory continuous improvement to improve quality of the services.

• Risk management of the vendors if required
