Job Summary

As the Salesforce Developer you will customize solutions within the Salesforce platform and Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.

Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications. This position will be full time and remote.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with Salesforce Lead to determine CRM needs.

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.

• Create timelines and development goals.

• Test the stability and functionality of the application.

• Troubleshoot and fix bugs.

• Write documents and provide technical training for Salesforce staff.

• Maintain the security and integrity of the application software.

• Participate in after hours support efforts as needed.

• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.

• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.

What You'll Need

Required:

• 4 – 5 years of experience with Salesforce.

• User Support Tickets.

• Healthcare Experience

• Experience with Lightning Web Components

Preferred:

• Salesforce Field Service – Not required, but preferred

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
