The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Global AR Manager. In this role, you will maintain excellent business relationships with customers and vendors, prioritize tasks to achieve optimal results, and handle tax-related queries efficiently.

Your Role

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

  • Coordinate with Service Sales and Global Team (GT) for INR service proposals.

  • Follow up on INR Proforma Invoices (PI) and customer invoices.

  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups with customers and confirmations to GT and Finance.

  • Verify and approve vendor invoices before processing payments.

  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal teams.

  • Work with local consultants for bookkeeping and compliance.

  • Follow up on Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) Certificates (Form 16A) from customers.

  • Coordinate statutory audits with local consultants and finance.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer and vendor account queries, ensuring timely responses and maintaining positive business relationships.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve pending issues.

  • Maintain records of invoices sent versus goods delivered.

  • Assist in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.

  • Support the Finance team with additional duties as required.

    What you Have to Offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • In-depth understanding of tax regulations.

  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word), and other accounting software.

  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional interaction with customers and the ability to anticipate work needs.

  • Excellent organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
