The UK Safran Electrical & Power team has expertise in designing and developing electrical systems comprising generators, power conversion, distribution and control, with developing expertise in electric motors for aircraft propulsion.

The Role

As a Sales Co-ordinator at Safran Electrical & Power you will responsible for delivering world-class customer service to our global OEM & aftermarket customers. As part of a dynamic, fast-paced team, you will be responsible for managing key administrative activities, delivering quotations to new customers and ensuring on time delivery of parts to key customers. The role holder will assist with managing the daily interaction with our customers, maintaining customer relationships in order to meet organisational and operational objectives.

• Deliver front line business support and quotation management between the business and its new spares customer base.

• Be the first point of contact with new customer spares enquiries, responding within set target response times

• Provide excellent customer service levels through tasks including new account creation and order entry

• Support the delivery of the sales plan through effective management of customer portal activity

• Capture customer feedback on quotations, identifying opportunities to improve processes

• Deliver front line business support and order management between Safran Electrical & Power and its global Aftermarket customer base

• Build strong relationships with customers and create an open and accessible communication route for free flow of information

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers

• Proven ability and experience to own and manage the fast resolution of customer issues

• Ability to hold first level commercial discussion with new customers to confirm quotation requirements

• Can demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively on a daily basis

• Ability to manage high volume of email interaction with multiple customers

• Evidence of written English at interview stage.
