What you’ll do

Coordinate and lead the sales of Oracle Cloud Technology within the Ministry of Defence & Defence Industry. You’ll use your industry knowledge to support your sales teams and ensure customer success and happiness.

• Lead, drive, and deliver new cloud sales revenues across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS & PaaS)

• Meet with senior contact across FLC’s & TLB’s including Defence Ecosystem to build credibility and develop lasting relationships

• Demonstrate deep understanding of Defence’s Mission and how Oracle can support them on delivering against that.

• Implement the Oracle Cloud Tech strategy throughout your territory

• Manage sales rep performance with objectives, targets, and provide regular 1:1 coaching

• Develop long-term, balanced relationships with senior-level customers and partners

• Experience working within the Defence industry would be beneficial

• Experience of regularly engaging at a 3*+ and C level across the MOD and Defence Industry would be beneficial.

• Holds DV clearance or an expectation to attain DV clearance.

• A good understanding of OCI or other Clouds technologies
