Committed to client service and research excellence, you will be expected to support the project team to deliver on client requests. To be successful, this person, in conjunction with the project team, will be fully involved in all the stages of research studies, from the study set up to the final delivery/report and will be a key player in the analysis of the studies.
You will have the opportunity to go beyond local data and work on data analysis and synthesis in studies with one or multiple existing data sources across all continents.

Responsibilities
What you will do
Manage secondary data projects, analytical activities, the study team, and ensure client satisfaction
Proactively manage the client relationship - kick-off, regular follow up via teleconferences, day-to-day management, results presentations – during projects or proposals
Develop proposals in collaboration with the team, including the development of the methodology and budget
Plan the study execution, milestones, and timelines, and assembling the multi-disciplinary team adapted to the project under the guidance of a Project Director
Provide scientific or methodological input to build robust study methodologies adapted to client needs and objectives
Develop study materials such as protocol, reports, manuscripts, posters, and abstracts with the help of more junior members of the team
Oversee the data access process and manage submissions when needed
Plan and develop data analysis with the support of the multi-disciplinary team
Plan and perform code check, deliverable review, and other quality assurance activities
Ensure high quality statistical programming across multiple projects and implement best practices
Contribute to streamlining analytical activities by developing standardized tools and processes.
Guide and monitor the research analysts and data analysts within the project and to contribute to their development
Present results and recommendations to clients
Participate in the generation of new opportunities with new and existing clients in collaboration with our Client Partners/Business Development team
Required Experience
You are flexible, curious and passionate by science with a strong background in healthcare/ life sciences (Public health, Epidemiology, Pharmacoepidemiology, Health Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
Background in Statistics/Applied Mathematics is preferred
You have minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare research, conducting secondary data studies
You have strong knowledge of databases in any of the major markets (EU-5, Japan, US, Israel, etc.)
You have full proficiency in SAS, and end-to-end implementation of statistical programming for secondary data studies. Knowledge of R, Python or other statistical package is a plus.
Professional fluency in English (C1 minimum)
You are client-oriented with excellent ability to understand client objectives and needs
You have demonstrable client & project management skills
Excellent communication skills – able to distill issues, manage client expectations and act as a trusted advisor in a timely manner
Strong organizational skills, self-starter and fast learner, you react to change productively and display a solution-driven approach
You are flexible: if things do not go as planned, you adapt, and carry on
You are open to new ideas & innovative ways of working
